I have the same problem of the screen picture being too big for the screen when I installed Windows 7. My graphic controller is older than anything on that list. I solved the problem though, using these steps (1) I went to the manufacturer's site and since my controller model wasn't there, I chose a driver from the next model.
(2) This allowed me to access the Intel Graphics and Media Control panel. (3) I went to the Intel site and looked at the settings for older models (again my model wasn't included). (4) The graphics is acceptable.

I have a vista laptop with the ever popular Intel 945GM graphics chip. Intel says their drivers support OpenGL and I downloaded from Intel.com their latest drivers, but nowhere did I find the OpenGL.DLL module that many demos seem to require. And what level of OpenGL does one get? It seems almost a conspiracy to keep OpenGL from gaining a foothold to make the info so obscure.
